HELLO 2006!
i don't exactly know what to say or write. in the most cliche form, lets just say 2005 was filled with ups and downs. made friends. lost friends. learnt valuable life lessons. grew up. setbacks. accomplished certain goals. failed in others. it has been 2 consecutive rough years for me already. i wonder what 2006 has in store..spent NYE @ mambo jumbo expo. well it wasn't exactly the best of NYE experiences. the party was just so-so. im sure many other party goers would feel the same way. the settings were kept to a minimal. made it seem like some low budget make shift party venue. but i guess i had my fair share of fun on the podium hearing my favourite mambo tracks and counting down the new year with thousands of others.
went down to the airport to send nicole off after. strangely, i did exactly the same thing last year. only difference being that it was to send somebody else off.
All the best in canada babe! study hard and i look forward to your return in 7 months time!
without a doubt, 2006 will prove to be a challenging year ahead. brand new beginnings. brand new year. many of my friends are leaving singapore to study though. sigh it never feels good to see a true friend go..
