night started out with everybody trying to figure out where in the world the club was because they had no signboard. somebody apparently got stuck in the lift while going up which i found pretty amusing. btw the club is on level 3. they suddenly played dying inside to hold you in the early part of the night which made me quite happy. sadly that was about the only good mambo song of the night. didn't really like the DJ choice of songs. rnb that was generally slow in tempo and his song mixing was very average. the bartenders are very well trained though. much better than the zouk ones. they even gave a free drink to my friend whose birthday happened to coincide with last night's party. oh edith & liwen were quite shocked to see what they had to drink after agreeing to let me buy them a drink. haha i bought them a waterfall. the bartender actually stands on the bartop and pours the 'fire' down this super long setup. everybody was staring at the drink. stylo-milo man. and i figured i could consider becoming a driving instructor in future because apparently im quite good at it. haha. decided to shut my mouth about the uglier parts of the night keeping in mind that afterall, this is a very public place. it was actually very fcuked up. at the end of the day, i only have this to offer. if you don't intend to keep to your promise, then don't make it.
