2 trips to the airport in 3 days has taken its toll on me. i wish i never needed to step into the airport ever. today marked the departure of va. despite some initial hiccups, we all managed to arrive safely at the airport and on time. its ALWAYS never a good feeling to see a friend leave. but i would like to believe that everything that happens, happens for a reason. i would want to stay optimistic and look at the bigger picture. at the end of the day, everybody will be back in sunny singapore again. its not the end of the world. pain in all aspects is only temporary. i can and i will overcome.

eva : i would like to start off by saying a big sorry for all my shortcomings. too many things i need to thank you for also. you're too nice. really. thank you for being ever so patient with me. thank you for trying to understand me. thank you for going out of your way at times to help me out. thank you for being a listening ear. thank you for all the advice. thank you for the countless encouragements. and most of all, thank you for being you because you bring so much joy to people around you. your perpetual smiles and bubbly nature does make a bad day seem that much better. the holidays would have never been the same without you. will definitely miss your presence back here. be strong, study hard and take good care of yourself in the states! i look forward to your arrival in may when we can continue to mambo together! =)
