maybe people are right. i should just take it as my graduation. overall the day was eventful. closing of the year ceremony with lots of 'a walk down memory lane'. truly a time where all the j1's congregated to mark the end of a school year. a cocktail of happiness + sadness all mixed together. perhaps it was the last time i'll ever get to see my class as 1T23. army? overseas? poly? we shall see. but i think i was satisfied. i was asked to stand up in the auditorium to be acknowledged for my NYAA Gold award. might seem like yet another frivolous award to many but it definitely didn't come easy and i have every reason to be proud of myself. i guess the only consolation was that i created CJ history by becoming the first 3 students to obtain that prestigious award. most people might graduate with an 'A' level cert but making history is indeed something. owell.
